HighLife Samples are offering downloadable products in the form of digital audio recordings, music production software and other related materials, for use by, but not limited to, musicians, music and video producers.
License Agreement
All products from HighLife Samples are given away as ‘royalty free,’ which means that they are licensed, not sold to you, by HighLife Samples. HighLife Samples is either the owner or entitled licensee of the products on sale. By making payment for a product you are granted the right to incorporate them in a music or video production or other media production, without paying any additional royalties, license fees, or any other fees to HighLife Samples or any third parties.
Usage and Copyright
HighLife Samples holds the copyright and unauthorized reselling/copying/renting/sharing/ Uploading/downloading/ to any database, groups, servers, /websites/file sharing services/ or otherwise distributing is strictly prohibited. Demo tracks and songs are made to showcase and advertise the content of each product and are not owned by the buyer, thus they cannot be released.
Refund Policy
Since we are offering digital products we do not issue refund once the product is sent and downloaded in your computer. Digital product is not possible to return back (as physical product) and ensure that the product is no longer used.
We have a transparent product information of what you can expect when you download the product in to your computer. Also, an audio player for each product is available so you can preview the demo song before adding it to your basket for check out We do not refund for any compatibility problems with your DAW, plugins and general with your computer. It is your responsibility to know your stuff.
